CeramicSpeed hybrid insert bearings

Insert bearings are designed to be easily integrated into a wide range of applications, typically in combination with a housing into which the bearing is "inserted" and secured, for example with set screws or an eccentric locking collar. Equipped with ceramic balls, these bearings offer exceptional durability, reduced friction and increased resistance to wear and corrosion, allowing them to perform well in high-speed and high-temperature environments. Variants, dimensions and materials

CeramicSpeed insert bearings are available in the Xtreme variant, for broad, robust applicability, and the Corrotec variant, for applications with an increased risk of corrosion or contamination, such as in the food industry. The inner ring diameter ranges from 12 to 90 mm, making this bearing type suitable for a wide range of machine components and conveying systems. The rings are available in chromium steel (SAE 52100) and stainless steel (AISI 420/440). Thanks to this combination of precision, long service life and material choice, these insert bearings are an important component in optimizing machine performance in manufacturing, automation and heavy industry.
